Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

Customers may cancel their reservation by contacting us through email, phone, or WhatsApp. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No refund will be issued for customer no-shows unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period.

For airport transfers, customers should provide accurate flight information. We monitor flight arrivals whenever flight details are provided.

If your flight is delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust your pickup time without additional charges where operationally possible.

Airport pickups include complimentary waiting time after the actual landing of your flight. For pickups from hotels, residences, or other locations, reasonable waiting time is provided.

Extended waiting periods beyond the complimentary allowance may incur additional charges.

If a customer cannot be contacted after the waiting period expires, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Passengers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking information
• Arriving at the pickup location on time
• Wearing seat belts throughout the journey where legally required
• Respecting the driver and vehicle
• Supervising children travelling with them

Passengers must ensure they book a vehicle suitable for the number of travellers and luggage.

Child seats and booster seats are available upon request, subject to availability.

Customers should inform us during booking if child seats are required so that suitable arrangements can be made.

Each booking includes a luggage allowance appropriate to the selected vehicle. Oversized luggage, sports equipment, bicycles, ski equipment, musical instruments, or extra-large items should be declared before booking.

Undeclared excess luggage may require a larger vehicle or additional charges. Passengers remain responsible for their personal belongings throughout the journey.

To ensure a safe and comfortable journey for everyone, passengers must not:

• Smoke or vape inside the vehicle
• Consume illegal substances
• Damage the vehicle
• Behave aggressively towards the driver
• Endanger the safety of other passengers

Our drivers reserve the right to refuse or terminate service where passenger behaviour poses a safety risk.

While every effort is made to provide punctual service, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Our liability is limited to the value of the booked transportation service, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
