Choosing an airport taxi to Disneyland Paris is not simply about finding the lowest advertised fare. Families need to consider the airport they are arriving at, passenger numbers, luggage, child seats, pickup arrangements and whether the quoted price can change.
A few checks before booking can help you choose a transfer that actually fits your journey.
1. Start With Your Arrival Airport
Paris has several airports, and the transfer requirements are different for each one.
CDG and Orly are relatively close to Disneyland Paris, while Beauvais is farther away. Check that the taxi service specifically covers your arrival airport and provides a direct route to your Disney hotel.
Paris Disney Cabs currently lists transfers from CDG, Orly and Beauvais to Disneyland Paris, with different fixed rates depending on the route and vehicle.
2. Check Whether the Price Is Fixed
A low starting price does not always tell you what you will actually pay. Before booking, check whether the fare is fixed and whether tolls, airport pickup and other charges are included.
The current Paris Disney Cabs pricing information lists fixed transfer rates, with CDG → Disneyland from €70 and Orly → Disneyland from €70 on its 2026 transfer-pricing page.
You can check Disneyland transfer prices before confirming your journey.
3. Consider Your Children
If you are travelling with young children, ask about child and booster seats before booking. Carrying your own seat may not always be practical after a flight.
Paris Disney Cabs states that child and booster seats are available, including ISOFIX options, depending on the booking.
When booking, provide the children's ages so the appropriate seating can be arranged.
4. Check How Airport Pickup Works
After a flight, finding your driver should be straightforward. Look for a service offering Meet & Greet rather than simply giving you a vehicle number and asking you to locate the car yourself.
Flight monitoring is another useful feature. If your flight arrives later than scheduled, a provider that tracks the flight can adjust the pickup time accordingly. Paris Disney Cabs states that it monitors incoming flights for its airport transfers.
For families, book a direct airport pickup that takes you from arrivals directly to your Disneyland accommodation.
5. Match the Vehicle to Your Luggage
A vehicle that fits four passengers may not necessarily be suitable for four passengers plus large suitcases, pushchairs and children's equipment.
Check:
- Number of passengers
- Number of suitcases
- Pushchair requirements
- Vehicle capacity
- Return-transfer requirements
Selecting the right vehicle in advance can prevent problems when you arrive.
6. Look for Hotel-to-Airport Return Transfers
Your airport journey is only half of the trip. Check whether the same provider can collect you from your Disney hotel and take you back to CDG, Orly or Beauvais.
A return booking can make your departure planning simpler, particularly when travelling with children and luggage.
You can arrange your return Disney transfer at the same time as your airport pickup.
7. Check the Final Booking Conditions
Before paying, confirm the pickup airport, flight number, destination hotel, passenger count, luggage, child-seat requirements and cancellation conditions.
A good airport transfer booking should leave you knowing where the driver will meet you, what vehicle you are getting and what you are expected to pay.
Make the Decision Based on Your Journey
The best airport taxi for your Disneyland Paris trip depends on your actual requirements. A couple travelling with hand luggage may need something different from a family with two children, several suitcases and a pushchair.
Compare the airport, fixed fare, vehicle capacity, child-seat availability, flight monitoring, Meet & Greet and hotel drop-off before making your booking.
